In the course of his professional activity Dr. Antinoro has dealt with ordinary and extraordinary taxation.

Its activity is concentrated in the tax area with particular regard to company and groups taxation. Advises on direct, indirect taxes, tax assessment and taxpayer assistance during verification.

In the field of special advice and assistance he has contributed as a business consultant to the investigation and verification activities (due diligence) of important M&A operations.

He is the author of an article published Quotidiano del Fisco de Il Sole 24 Ore dal titolo “Regime speciale per i lavoratori impatriati: sufficienti due anni di residenza all’estero” (2018).

Dr. Antinoro graduated in Management in 2013 at Bocconi University in Milan. He participated in 2018 in the 25th Master Tributario at Business School del Sole 24 ORE di Milano.

In 2017 has obtained the qualification to exercise the profession of Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
